Do you want to be in the spotlight of the Buildism community? Compete in one of our Spring Break Contests!

Skin Artist: Design a skin and upload it to the Stuff section. We'll have a poll, and the skin with the most votes will replace the default guy (Jeff?) in the site logo.

Mr. Popularity: Get your friends to play Buildism! To get credit, make sure they enter your username in the referrer box on the registration form. The winner will get an exclusive profile design, in the colors of their choice, designed by me.

Both contest winners will get a colored name on the site as well.

The contests will be open from March 28, 2011 to April 8, 2011. Have fun!

Also, we will be having a game building contest as soon as beta is released (should be soon.) Work on your scripting and building skills!

Yes.

Qwertygiy, I can see the IP of any account and see how many others it matches, and if they use a proxy it will be on a proxy list somewhere. Besides, do we have any "bad" members yet that would cheat like that?

Yay, the first contest on Buildism, I'm going to work hard for the skins and try to get people to join buildism by advertising it at my school.
Edit: I made a beginner right now with a big colorful "B", I worked hard to do it and made some mistakes, but fixed the mistakes while making the skins.

1 prob with the IP thing. I, at least, am stuck with three or four various IPs depending on where I am. I won't do it of course but I know people who can change their IP adress at the click of a button.

Anyway, I'll get to work on the skins stuff. Do my premade smileys count? :mrgreen:

I've made a Sports fan one for it. I'm wearing a slightly modified version of it right now.
