Isn't that one of those voxel engines?
They aren't as good as they seem, it's hard to animate or rotate anything.

Provided you have enough RAM and your graphics and video cards are good enough. That looks like a data-hogging detail-swamped game if there ever was one -- which is awsome, but likely to be laggy.

It's probably going to be used for a simulator, since the trees are decals.
